Anything can happen. Travel restriction may either end or be extended. By the way any idea why the last two draws saw only 3000 invites ?

Probably trying to keep scores as high as possible while waiting to resume all program draws. Just maybe

I think that's their normal invitation. Previously they were greedy for CEC, now they had enough CEC. So perhaps the draw will completely stop, including CEC in Q4 this year? Any possibility?

I really don’t expect CEC-only draw to continue through the 4th quarter. Wouldn’t make any sense because most of those would only be able to land early next year. Makes more sense to allocate that quota to the more skilled candidates with high CRS
