The isn't like a "Downtown" IRCC office. In "Toronto", there are only 2 offices, one in Scarborough and the other in Etobicoke. Mississauga office handles applications for a LARGE number of postal codes AFAIK.

Hi all, I received my GCMS notes today (extracted Aug 15) and it repeatedly just shows test ready status and similar status for passport request that passport copies were requested. Completed Test on July 8 and Passport copies sent on July 14. Notes doesn't seem to be helpful either compared to tracker where test is still 'in progress'.
Anyone who ordered GCMS notes post citizenship test? Does it show completed anywhere?

Yes. Once you are done with the test, the "Knowledge" component will be set to completed (after the test results are validated). As a next step, the application will move to a location called "Scanned Files" (at least that's what happened in my case).

I received 35 pages of GCMS notes this morning (about 10 of which are redacted) and my file hasn't been touched since early this year (March 8th it seems like) when my Criminality was passed. Everything else has a due date of January 22, 2022 so I feel those of us from the Vancouver office is going to be waiting awhile.
What I don't understand is under "Finalize Application" --> "Refusal grounds" has a code "1" and an updated date of 2017/04/19. Which by then my PR application was already approved for about a month but I hadn't landed in Canada yet. Anyone have any idea what this is related to?
