Just look at travel options to Canada right now, it's a total mess. Some students are paying upwards of 3000 CAD to travel from India for their fall course, completely insane. I would rather buy a 3080Ti with that money instead of an air ticket.

It's scalped up about $1900 in US, 3080 should be good enough though - if it's available. Newegg shuffle is more disappointing than IRCC

3080 is not available here right now but it is listed for 3000 CAD in INR, these retailers know they are ripping you off big time.
