Update: I received GU but there is no change in the description or status for Background Check. Security was In-Progress.

Same happended with me last week I got 2 Ghost updates but nothing changed. AOR 11 March. Vo RROC Ottawa. Criminality passed 7th july. I think our applications are going on similar path.

We all are hoping for the same and continue to hope for the best but be prepared for delays. Now it is more than 5 months for me and few friends are waiting longer than that whereas other few friends git it within 2-3 months.

Yes I received email confirmation. But when I called yesterday, the agent told me she cannot find my request. I only got temporary number during my application for gcms notes. What about u?

Yes mine is also a temporary confirmation number. I haven't done it but, you can send email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca to check the status of your application. In your email mention your temporary confirmation number.

This one as well. But before I chose Privacy Act instead of Access to Information. Coz someone told me it has to be the latter. Did you get your gcms notes?

I used the Privacy Act(Free One) and got my response in 31 days to be precise. Applied on July 15 - Reponse on Aug 16

Yes mine is also a temporary confirmation number. I haven't done it but, you can send email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca to check the status of your application. In your email mention your temporary confirmation number.

Yes I already received mine today. Still same status as what the agent is telling me every time. But R10 is recommended OK. Then review required on Stat questions.

It’s only 11 pages and only for my husband’s status coz he’s the PA and I don’t know that I need to give a consent so I can have my notes as well as a dependent. Yes, as far as I know, R10 is the completeness of your application/documents submitted. My husband has notes already in eligibility (but maybe it’s just about the R10) and at the bottom of it, it says R10 Recommendation OK - Review Required: Stat Questions

Ok, that is not many pages. About "Review Required: Stat Questions" One example could be to review the reason for visa refusal (if you have one, they will check, I think). So the officer will check why the visa was refused. If you had visa refusal, make sure you list all of them. check this link someone talk about similar case.
