Thanks so much! I received an e-mail this morning, August 17, stating that "your application was created in our system on August 6, 2021 (which is my AOR date) and is currently in progress", so I've made an assumption that today is the date it was moved to in process.

I can also see in the online portal that language, physical presence, background verification, and prohibitions all indicate in progress though there is no date indicated.

Today I also got an email with tracker link saying that "your application was created in our system on August 10, 2021 and is currently in progress". What does that mean?

I have seen claims that status gets updated after a few days? I think it's pure coincidence, but you never know

Got the AOR email today.

Don't seem to be able to register to track my progress or see anything online. Just complains my UCI is wrong when it's the same one I've had for over a decade lol. Any ideas?

Try again after 24-48hrs, mine was the same didn't work on the same day.
Was able to register to the tracker next day

Yes I got the AOR for my wife's application. We didn't get any confirmation email when we submitted application back In February (26th).

I took the test on 08/15, but when I log in to the new CIC tracker it says "Waiting on you" for the citizenship test. Is this normal? I did receive an email confirmation about me completing the test but strangely the tracker does not reflect the correct status.

Status is updated in the CIC tracker. The citizenship test is marked as completed as of 08/17.

So background and citizenship test completed. Language, physical presence, and prohibitions in progress. They already asked for the full passport copy so I am assuming physical presence should be done soon.
