Hey there. Got a question for those who already received their ITA. How do you manage your employer letter without telling him you will leave your job?

I didn't. I sent a copy of my work contract (with salary info and job description), 3 pay stubs and a letter of explanation informing that asking for a letter could compromise my position. Apparently it worked as I passed eligibility.
