Good morning! Asking for a friend- do you need ECA report for your studies outside canada, handy before applying for express entry- creating a profile or you can apply for ECA report now and only needs to be submitted when you get invitation to apply?

Good morning! Asking for a friend- do you need ECA report for your studies outside canada, handy before applying for express entry- creating a profile or you can apply for ECA report now and only needs to be submitted when you get invitation to apply?
