If you got decision made before AIP Thats mean generally 99% its a refusal.
Please If you want help you must share with us your H&c arguments and your case like if you are from a devloped country when did you come to Canada what did you put to prove hardship, establishment, best interest of the child etc.... ( I mean your proofs and evidences)

That’s what Marco Medicino says! Let’s see… they’ve granted 184,000 PR today and the goal is 401,000 at the end of the year. Will it be possible???

Unfortunately many parents applying for H&C don’t look at the potential negative consequences of an H&C application. If it was easy to get all parents and grandparents would apply.

No way that we’ll make it to 400k. We rarely hit an immigration target when there is not a pandemic. The economy is still weak so we can’t absorb even close to 200k new immigrants in a few months.
