Should be Aug 10 and DM on Aug 11. I am not sure you and @Lana2017 are same. The office to release eCOPR looks different. You might confirm the primary and secondary office by calling IRCC. I wait for call back to know security status.

I didn't get any PAL, just DM in ECAS and the Information Letter in GC Key asking me to submit photos and passports ( if outside Canada)
