When to expect a decision after receiving BVL and review eligibility has started?

Non SDS processing time is 9 weeks after submission of a complete application.
But it may get delayed and there is no guarantee that you will get final decision before Fall semester.

I submitted my complete application on May 9th.
It’s been almost 12 weeks, and I haven’t receive a final decision.
Do you still suggest to raise a webform?

For sure. You should raise a webform stating that the processing time is alrealdy passed and you are still waiting.
