sooo i received a call from an immigration officer today .. she wanted to confirm my dependent information on my insurance . apparently sunlife insurance company input incorrect date of the start of the coverage .. ( 2017) when it should be 2020 now they are asking for another letter proof he is on my insurance like wth.. sigh too much anyways i use the opportunity to ask the agent about the email we received asking about proof of medical and RPRF. she said was generic as she has ll documents and need nothing she gave me a direct email to send my proof so hopefully there is a decision soon.

I checked my online profile and it now shows reviewing my eligibility and they will update me on my background but for th last 4 months it said they started the background so inconsistent but hey fingers crossed

Wow! You're file is moving. I'm happy for you. That's rare, haven't heard something like that in posts that an IRCC agent will call about that. Mostly Ive read they will call to confirm you still live with your sponsored and stuff like that. Way to go!

I just received a two letters one for police certificate and a pre-arrival service letter what do i do with this?

This is good news. They are just requesting your police certificate, and then pre arrival is pretty much you are accepted . Congrats! I haven’t hear anything from them for over a month since I get that letter telling me that my application has been transferred and that I probably would go through an interview .

No, you have to wait for your approval letter.

Looks like they are sending this as "generic" email. They are meant to be for outland applicants.

Pre arrival are also for inland.
