I spoke to IRCC Monday morning and they said I had passed everything. Medicals, Bios, BG Checks including Security, Criminality, Info Sharing. I still haven't received a final decision and portal email. Does anyone know how long it might take now that everything is passed?

Medical: 18th June
biometrics request: 18th June(approved on June 21st)
PR portal request: 31st July
PR portal credentials: 3rd august (due to long weekend)
Photo/declaration uploaded: 4th august
ecopr : 6th august
Waiting for my pr card
Visa office : ottawa

biometrics request: 28th May 2021(approved on 29th May 2021)
Eligibility passed 29th May, 2021
Criminality passed 29th May, 2021.
Application in final stage since May 2021 as security not yet started.

Called ircc today Aug 12, 2021.
Agent advised security not yet started and VO is Etobicoke.
Agent mentioned security check is done by 3rd party and not by ircc and in some cases can take beyond 6 months.
Saw everyone with AOR in May, June even July receive ECOPR.

Same situation bro, just different VO. Mine April 14 from Edmonton, and security also not started. Seems like it’s not IRCC’s speed but 3rd party’s issue.

If you don’t have dependants why do you mention your parents?
you just need to send your information as mentioned on the instructions

How long it took to receive ecopr after the declaration in portal?

It seems it depends on which VO sent you the portal email. For example, mine is Etobicoke and they are extra slow. Usually ecopr is around 2-3 days but I see some from etobicoke waiting for more than 1 month to receive it
