What do you mean fresh? I was just speaking about it that I so couple of people posting on different groups that they have received PPR requests. Their AOR was from 2019

I don't understand why they are not consistent with issuing PPRs. I have seen people from India whose outland dependents received COPRs and other whose applications have been held due to travel restrictions

I think every case is unique and there are probably some small factors that determine which files get final approval and which would remain on hold till later.
I *think* mine was extended yesterday for 12 months. I received a GU and called IRCC and that was the only thing that was news to me. Mine had also expired in February.

No, you are not offending anyone. It is a true majority of FSW applications are from Indian-born candidates and a lot of them ask/post silly questions/things all the time.

The new fear I'm hearing about is people worried that the backlog is so great like 2008/2012 that they will cancel all the applications. I think on FB legal falcon said it's very unlikely
