@legalfalcon or anyone else, could you please help me understand what should I do. With AOR of September 2020, I ordered GCMS notes in June 2021 and they show review required for employment job duties. CLIENT DIDN'T PROVIDE JOB LETTER STATING DUTIES. PAY STUBS PROVIDED FOR ENTIRE WORK PERIOD. Total CRS points assessed 464/Verified CRS Score 464.
I actually had a CRS of 489. They have not given the remaining 25 points for 3+ years Indian work experience.
What do I need to do? Do I have to send them something via web form?
Your reference letters from your employers did not contain your job duties and responsibilities clearly. I think you should provide IRCC updated job reference letter containing your job duties and responsibilities. Is Cut-off CRS score of the round higher than 464?

Yes it was higher than 464 for the draw.
Should I upload the job duty letter again through webform? Should I do it or tell my agent?
And should I send the old one dated September 2020, a new one dated July 2021, or both combined in a single pdf?

OS - overseas dependent
If your security is blank, it would indicate that it is either in progress or passed.
Also, since the spouse you add post-e-APR, is not subject to A11.2 eligibility, you will have to see if their medicals, criminality, and security are passed.
It could be that your spouse's documents have not yet been processed and checks are in progress or penidng.

If the biometrics were just submitted, then definitely criminality and security are not done. Criminality is based on PCCs and biometrics. The biometrics are shared with RCMP and will run through their system and send a repot to IRCC. See
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/corporate-initiatives/biometrics/process-steps-2018.html
For security for outland individuals, it takes an average of 110 days. see

Hello, did you ever get PPR with this review required?
Hi all, I have a question. My GCMS notes from IRCC is showing S 22.1(b) for redaction. This section is on the right side top corner and only on the pages where they redacted some info. Does any one of you have the same situation? Please let me know. Thank you. I applied for Citizenship. My security is in progress.

Gcms Notes free for EVERYONE starting July 14, 2022
The right to be given access to personal information under subsection 12(1) of the Privacy Act is extended to include all individuals outside Canada to whom that right has not been extended previously.
The Extension Order will allow foreign nationals, regardless of their location, to request access to their personal information held by federal government institutions.
Foreign nationals abroad will also be able to exercise the rights under subsection 12(2) of the Privacy Act, such as the right to request correction of their personal information where it is believed there is an error or omission in the information, as these rights flow from the right of access. Foreign nationals abroad will also benefit from having the right to engage the Privacy Commissioner of Canada with respect to the exercise of their right of access and any of the rights under subsection 12(2).
Extending universal access to personal information holdings brings Canada's privacy regime closer in line with major trading partners, such as the European Union and the United Kingdom. This alignment will facilitate the exchange of personal information between Canadian-based firms and firms based in those regions.

@Jaspreet chawla based on which field you identified the security is still in progress. Could you please share?
@caipsnotes
Asking on behalf of a friend. He recently received CSIS notes and response was that they have no record regarding him or his family. However, in CBSA notes he is under security screening. AOR is May 2019 and Security started in November 2019.
What does it mean. Please help.

This refers to section 22(1) of the Privacy Act:
22 (1) The head of a government institution may refuse to disclose any personal information requested under subsection 12(1)
- (b) the disclosure of which could reasonably be expected to be injurious to the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of lawful investigations, including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, any such information
- (i) relating to the existence or nature of a particular investigation,
- (ii) that would reveal the identity of a confidential source of information, or
- (iii) that was obtained or prepared in the course of an investigation; or
- (c) the disclosure of which could reasonably be expected to be injurious to the security of penal institutions.
If your BGC is under progress, this is very common.
