MIFI is now having French-interviews with applicants who have CSQ and are in federal stage already

Breaking-news,my agent just got several letters from midi about this,those applicants were 2018 CSQ obtainers,and currently living abroad.

They have,actually.Just as other provinces have the right to revoke pnp even one sec before landing

MIFI is waiting on another lawsuit. Their lawyers got nothing to do so MIFI just want to polish their skills, even if they lose, which they will. This is in line with CAQ policy of harassing QSWP applicants till new aspirants stop opting for this province.

If someone’s already declared they don’t know French, why would they interview them in French? I have CSQ and have 0 knowledge in French which I had already declared.

@Immstu is it the same things that happened few months ago? Where they were calling for interview who gave french exam outside of canada?
Or the scam that happened in 2018 where they issued so many CSQs based on false college certifications?

These are all tefaq cases as per my knowledge who applied under Peq student category. My assumption is that some of them did exam from dodgy institute in Montreal and some from overseas (maybe). MIFI had been investigating and they may have unearthed some pattern. On the same note, some maybe innocent.

They did that in 2018 and 2019 also. Tefaq pattern was changed from late 2019, since then scores couldn't be revised on verification.
Someone who worked at a tefaq institute told me in 2018 when I was there that certain malpractices happened for gain in some cases.

Ahh thats really sad to know, i did mine from
Canada college in june 2019 and i hope they wont cause an issue, my medical is also validated since a month ago and i am almost there.
