If you apply and it was not a full year you will get declined. They will calculate that. Even a day - you will get declined. Has to be full year
Thank you for letting me know. Withdrawing the application then. Guess what, now I will have to learn French!

P. S. How can I withdraw my TR to PR application? Can I do it before getting AOR? If yes, how? If no, what to do to get full payment back?

Hi guys, are PT hours counted as 1/2 of FT length, if someone works for 20 hours on PT per week would it be calculated as 2/3 of FT length or 1/2 of it?
Also, would they consider average of total PT hours over the duration as I got my pay bi-weekly and not on weekly basis so hours are reflected on bi-weekly basis. Please share
Can someone answer my above question as well ^^?

Hey Everyone, I hope everyone is doing well, I have a question I applied for TR to PR at 9:30pm EST, I am also applying for CEC, there is a question have you applied for Permanent Residence before? As I haven't received an AOR should say Yes or No because if I say yes it is asking for File number, If anyone can provide some information. TIA

I applied in IG category at 12:19pm, I received a temporary application number last week but no AoR yet. I called the CIC again today and the agent told me that there has been no change since. Thought I would share this for those who are in the same time frame and have not received anything yet.

I called them today, they said my application is not uploaded into system yet!, Hope it gets uploaded soon.
Just saw your post history, you applied at 12.16 right? What are they doing?! Surely it can't be so complicated to FIFO applications from the portal to their system? Are they transcribing everything?

Dude idk, yes 12:16 toronto time, (I am in BC), its very strange the way they are doing things, sometimes they are very lenient to some (my friend got his PR in 2 months under CEC), sometimes they are very harsh (rejection due to minor incompleteness). But what can we do, i wish I could pay some money to expedite the process. They are already processing 12:40 but my application is in the ditch. I have every thing upfront too, medical, police certificate, etc

you need 1560 over a year which is 52 weeks.
1 week= 30 hours per week full time
52 *30 =1560.

If you work less than 30 hours per week then just add all those hours together and add them to the 30 hour weeks until you reach 1560.
It will take longer than 52 weeks of working.
