@Dimilitantey are you still waiting for MR? If so, I advise you contact AVO direct regarding this. Also, send them WebForm enquiry, contact MP, and order your GCMS notes.

I honestly think they skipped you, please find out what's going on. An April 2020 applicant just received PPR, I believe very soon you'd be next (maybe in September or sooner).

However, you need that MR. Again, send them a direct email, Subject line: (RE: UCI # - your name - PR in Canada - Urgent: Lost File (Medical Request)).
Let them know that you're a July applicant, should have received MR Dec 2020/January 2021... You believe you've been skipped... Application has reached a year (I'm not sure what day in July you're application was received)... and you'll be contacting MP to follow-up regarding this matter.... Send.

I have a question though
Regarding submitting the passport,
Can someone submit to another visa office aside Accra vo or it definitely has to be Accra

In January/ February of this year, people submitted their passport to London vo even though Accra requested for it...

I’m asking if I can do same

Received pre-arrival letter and Decision Made on PR Application on eCAS since 13th July.

Next stage is where you cut soap for people like us ooo..lol.
But I am being hopeful and positive. Praying everyone shares good news too.
