How long did you wait between getting your temporary number and getting your BIL. Just asking since I got my temporary number last Friday

I called CIC and got a temporary file number

I finally managed to speak to a human and they said my file had a temporary application number but she said because my file hasn't been assigned to any agent yet she point blank refused to give it to me!!

I called early morning, on my first try it connected me to the officer, She was very nice, I asked her to see if I have any Temporary number - she put me on hold for 20-30 seconds and gave me one.

Your call centre agent was nicer than mine! I was trying my best to be at my most charming as well!!

Looks like IRCC already assigned us Temp Number and will send us it before AoR.

Call again, another agent will give you if you need to submit any docs.

Saw people getting their Webform accepted within a month with an application number

12:17-12:19, some guys called who applied on 12:20 but didn't get the temporary number, Again some people got it after applying 12:20

did you receive the email in your gc keys account or the email you gave in the file because i have my agent's email in the file not mine

Email when you submitted. if your agent receives it, it's their job to forward the email to you because they are not allowed to respond to the email on your behalf. really depend on the arrangement you have with your agent.
