Two Way courier services VFS New Delhi - India

At one point, it mentions passport transmission letter and at other point, it mentions passport submission letter, is there any difference?

In 2 way courier form, I filled in 3 different forms for primary applicant (spouse) each dependent child... Hope they wont consider these as duplicates. Is there any change in the items to be included in the package as mentioned in the beginning of this thread?

Please confirm if the items are as below. And for each spouse and each dependent child, it will be separate package right?

List of document need to add in package:

1. Passport
2. 2 Photos: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

5. Passport transmission letter for all applicants for who service has been booked & paid for. (AWB # Email)
6. Passport Request Email from New Delhi VO
7. Any other document if New Delhi VO requested with your PPR.

My passport request says one requirement as follows:
5. The height and eye colour (for both eyes) for the Principal Applicant and all of his accompanying dependants.

Has anyone submitted this before with the passport request, if yes How can I submit that?

Maybe you can get a family doctor to notarize it for you.

I have one question these all need to go in one envelope? And should we seal it?or the courier guy will check it first.and do we need to put any adress on envelope?

Just make a table in word or excel or equivalent with name, uci, passport number, dob and height eye colour for each applicant and include. Doesn't need to be fancy.

Nope - do you know if on the vac application detail we can put a new phone number and email address as it has changed? Or it has to match the application details on file?

And still under process till upto now
This week i got nothing from vfs canada
Regarding my passport
I know passport returns in maximum of 10 days
Why r they delaying process?
Is this week eid affecting the process?
Does anyone know

It’s been 4 days. Relax. Also, the “10 days” isn’t true.
