I have the same exact message displayed on my ECAS as well and I received only the email for the Medical.

I called CIC, the additional message is only referring to medicals. so just disregard the extra message.

Hi everyone
I'm May 9 applicant and my application is being processed in Ankara. I have submitted PCC, travel history, birth certificates on June 20 and passed medical on Feb. 1.
I just noticed that on my CIC account the status of my older (2014-2015) visitor visa applications (which had been approved years ago) has changed to "Application/profile updated"! but I see no update on my PR application. Has anyone seen something similar?

BTW, my parents had done biometrics before and were exempted from new biometrics. I thought maybe they are running BG check on them based on the first time they did biometrics

Finally file moved. Medical received today. June 11, 2019 application received date. LVO - NDVO.

Dealing with CIC is a very frustrating and torturing process. They are a huge black box and very few people know how CIC works under the hood..

My mother got medical request from New-Delhi Visa office for PGP , but no PCC request with that. Do I need to worried about that ?
File received : June 26 2019
Bio metrics was done on 02/2021
Medical exam : 07/21/2021 (not done yet)
what will be the next step ?
She need to bring 4 photos if she is going with panel physicians as per CIS list of doctors on website?
