Missed middle name in EE profile

Hi all,
I just realized I have never mentioned my middle name in EE profile and after receiving ITA my profile is locked. I took a look at my passport and it states my first and middle name together as "Given name"!!
I never noticed that until today!!
In EE profile, are you supposed to type in like that? Is there any hope or should I reject ITA? It looks like such a blunder mistake and embarrassing.

You can update your name in PR application and mention the same in LOE.

I'm in the same situation as you were before but I realized that my middle name is missing after I submitted my application and got the AOR

how did you correct it and did they ask you for LOE ?
or did it cause you any problem at all?
