1) The fast way call the call center #1 (888) 242-2100
2) you go to ecas click on address change
3) send a webform
whatever is easy for you I prefer 1 or 2 options
The third one takes six weeks to updates your address

Hello guys, how do u guys manage to get PCC from home country?? as my embassy here is so shit and thinking of h&c as asylum and said no passport services or pcc is available to such who applied under h&c. last time i got it easily as i had status before and had to get it for H&C application but now they not accepting it as acc to them H&C is asylum. what to do
I don’t know how works for pcc Every country doing different ways so if you can’t get it or you’re embassy denying you you can put write a explanation letter to H&c office tell him like that they’re not gonna issues me one because That reason
