GREAT NEWS TODAY
New open work permit available for recent permanent residency applicants
July 15, 2021—Ottawa—The Honourable Marco E. L. Mendicino, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship announced today that, beginning July 26, 2021, individuals who have applied for the recently opened pathway to permanent residencewill be eligible for an open work permit while awaiting the results of their application.

I can’t see QSWP in this. Did they announce a separate one for QSWP applicants?

And if I remember correctly Québec has already requested that for QSWP applicants. The federals don't have excuses any more.

If you haven’t updated your address after you left Canada, you might be still considered as inland.
i updated my address at that time when i left canada and on my ecas account it showing my home country address so its mean IRCC know my address and current status ,the rest lets see what happen next ,hope for best .

You should not be surprised that this is happening. I hope everyone realizes that QC is pretty much doing its own thing and wants to separate itself from the rest of the provinces.
QC is in constant conflict with the federal gvt and keeps throwing the responsibility of their bad processes to the federal. But we, immigrants/modern slaves, AND the federal government all know what is really happening. QC is just playing political games with their 'Tinder for immigration' stories, but behind closed doors they just don't want any skilled immigrants, and instead focus on nationalistic ideas, their language, 'Boujour/hi' or just 'Bonjour' kind of debates.
So in fact instead of expecting the federal govt to come to QC's immigrant's help by forcing the QC gvt to change their system, they will instead come up with more measures that will keep excluding QC and make it look like sh** compared to the rest of Canada, and I guess their goal is also to 'steal' the QC skilled immigrants, hopefully like me.

At some point, it becomes your responsibility to realize what system you are dealing with. When someone beats you up once, then twice....why go back to that person? You just avoid it and find better friends. Canada is a great country, and it provides great opportunities for those who work hard. But, you also need to play your part and make decisions that can set you up for success.
