Honestly I have no idea. It has been 2 weeks since my last MP inquiry.
And I think there are a few people who have their application processing started in the past week, without submitting the webform or MP inquiry.

Finally got my PPR on July 12th, but the passport submission link is not available right now in India. My current work permit expires by Aug 10th 2021, and I guess the same would be stamped in the visa. And it seems like they might take a month for the passport submission link to be active again.
Is there any other way I could get my visa stamped? I'm stuck here alone with my 8mo baby and need to get back before the visa expires.

You can get it stamped from third country. and then travel to canada from there.
