Don’t underestimate CBSA officers trust me we had experience before with them they will find you and they will detain you and deported you trust me your lucky they sent you a email you still have chances to stay according to the rules otherwise they already knocking on your door

Yup avoiding them would your biggest mistake and you will always regret. Attend as they are the only one who can help you if you co-operate or throw you out of this country if u avoid them. Choice is yours. We are here to guve u best advice

Ayanna may i know if IRCC process background, criiminality security and admissibility begore or after AIP ?
Because if they process security, background and criminality before AIP why they ask the applicant to provide police certificats after approval ?

My H&C is not refused ,i just overstayed CBSA and also miss to do monthly reporting i was appointed to do reporting but i forget to report for 1 month.

what should i do in this situation? can i call them and tell them i want to remain in Canada? Does H&C application does not help to stop deportation? i'm very stressed .

Because if they process security, background and criminality before AIP why they ask the applicant to provide police certificats after approval ?

Usually they do it after Aip but in some cases they do it before if applicant has inadmissible issues

are you subject of a removal order ? or jusst because you didnt apply for status extension or restoration ?

The officer must give you PRRA sooner or later according to my informations but you can't apply on your own, you can apply for a stay of removal because you have h&c application. many people had good and nices CBSA officers, don't lose hope in god
