Same thing here. My photos were delivered once day before yours. I haven't heard anything from them. It's really frustrating.

I need to move to a new place next month and I have no idea what to do after moving.

As far as I know, which I asked an employee in Canada post, they cant forward any government letters. Anything comes from the government will be sent back to them… I dont know how accurate this piece of information is, but make sure to ask before you take this step

Your VO is Windsor, ON? and I see people getting theirs in 3-4 weeks so which issue are you addressing here? Please elaborate. It will ruin my plans if I have to wait for 4 months

Hii.. if you uploaded your address and photo on pr confirmation portal and got your eCOPR via portal, then you don't have to submit another application. They will approve your details and send PR card to the address which you submitted on portal.
