I (Primary Applicant) and my wife (secondary applicant) got portal email today. Should we reply both or I should only reply it? Please advise

Just received the GU and Biometric date updated in lower section where we have all steps such as Review of eligibility, Review of medical result etc..

Congratulations!!! Just reply as primary applicant and mention that you will act on your spouse behalf (By Choosing option A) that way it will be very simple. If you feel you are comfortable with separate account then choose option B. I chose option A and my wife's and daughter's profile was created in a single profile we all got eCOPR in 2 days.

Similar situation here. AOR was April 27th and medical passed May 18th but no GU or any updates since. My bio is already done from my WP so I’m super frustrated
Also been calling IRCC many times but it never connects to agent

yeah mine too, it was done with my WP in 2019
I am not sure about the ghost updates as i have applied through representative
