I have an active express entry profile and I got admission in a college in Ontario. So I believe I fall under Dual Intent category. Upfront Medical - April 19, 2021
SDS Online Applied - June 5, 2021

Does the 20 day timeline still hold valid for SDS or is it just a fairytale?

SDS Complete file with upfront medicals done on may11,
Both Medicals updated & BVL received on June 11.

No updates after that......

Since then there is no update. When can we expect ppr as VAC's are open in India.

Not yet. Since we gave biometrics already we will get results only when IRCC releases the ones on hold in bulk. Currently I see only those people getting decision who gave biometrics after June 21.

No update yet. Called IRCC on July 8th. The agent said my review is still in process and cannot give any timeline when I might get final decision. I further asked about the latest update in his system. He said that I passed my Criminal check. That's it.

I see there is an update on GCKey portal ongoing. Usually have noticed after the updates lot of them receive decisions (bulk uploads maybe?)

Yes ofcourse, BVL means decision is made. But in India due to VFS closure, they didn't give decision since last 2 months. Now they are giving decision to the ones who are recently going for biometrics. Hopefully by July end they will release decision for rest
