Same here waiting since June 16th after providing address and photo on the PR portal. Are you a single applicant or have dependents? I have dependents so I am assuming that might take more time

i need help. I am unable to upload my picture in PR portal.Everytime i upload a picture it pops up with a message of file did not upload. Please help me out

Well, on Friday my linked application was approved and this morning my file in the PR portal was closed. Hopefully I will find my card in the mail some time this week! Good luck everyone.

I have same copr on 23 June but didn’t get anything approved in portal . Don’t know how much time they gonna take for Pr card

i got PR confirmation mail asking for the details on June 8th 2021 and till now and i have replied on the same day. but till now i didn't get the email with portal details.. is there anyone in the similar situation as i am ? how long will it take to get the portal details mail?

Hi guys, I got email for details on friday and I responded back on the same day. However, I am still waiting for the credentials email. Any idea why is it taking so long?

I am also facing same issue. In my case all my three dependents got their ecopr but I as a Primary applicant is still waiting for my copr.

You can email them to the email I’d from which you received your copr. To call them dial 1888-242-2100, you must also send them the webform informing about this issue.

Did you get your ECoPR? I got mine on June 17, still waiting for my partner's ECoPR. I have called twice, sent a webform, replied to the Portal Confirmation email, but had no success.

No not yet, I got a reply from them on 11 July that the concerned officer took appropriate action to resolve this issue on 30 June( when I posted webform) but still, I didn’t receive my ecopr. I contacted my MP and upon their request IRCC is investigating the issue.
I was able to link my PR card applications in my cic account for all of us.

Also I received the informtaion request email twice but replied with the same answer. And got the login credentials 1 hr later.

which location and address you have.. i am in same boat.. i see people getting in 1 week even in 1 days ...not sure what is going on application with address Brampton/Mississauga...
