TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

I applied for TRV on 19th January after I got my PGWP from inside Canada. I still have not received any update and even they have not started to review the eligibility. I am currently in India.

I just raised a webform 2 weeks back but no reply. Are we suppose to do any travel exemption type of web form? It almost 6 months now...

Anyone got an email from IRCC after PPR request(Stamping Done) titled " Important information about your approved temporary resident visa or super visa and Canada’s travel restrictions due to COVID-19 ".
My stamping was done 2 days ago. Today I got this email.

If you're applying from within canada do they tell you when they start reviewing your elgibility?
Because for my study permit extension it just went from processing to approved without the switch from processing to reviewing the eligibility.

Any ideas on what are we supposed to if we submit the travel exemption webform and 14 days have passed with no answer, should we call ircc to ask for a follow up?

Is the travel exemption form only for people outside canada?

Yes, It is only for the people currently outside Canada, however; I have seen some people on the thread that requested travel exemption inside canada for an emergency and got ther ppr
