Anybody here who's been able to talk to an agent in the past week?

I called last week though.

Okay - on the GC Key account Background Check, it says: "We are processing your background check, we will send you a message if we need more information" - this is the message that has been there since the beginning

I had that status to begin with (False IP2), then it changed back in January to (IP1) and a couple of months back in May, the status changed back to "We are processing your background check, we will send you a message if we need more information." (Real IP2).
Are you sure your status hasn't changed at all since AOR?

The sequence I hve been following is 1 1 2 2.

Thank you CanWish That's great that you know that your's has changed to Real IP2! Hubby says that it hasn't changed since the start, but I am sure there is chance we could have missed it. I'll definitely update when the GCMS notes come through - we are hoping that they will arrive in around 4 weeks or so

But if your visa office is NDVO then they wont tell you anything. Same thing happened with me. Incase they tell you anything useful, please let me know as well.

Basically, am worried about the eligibility.

I have been trying to reach out the agent since 2nd week of June but couldn't. It always said that all the agents are busy.

So finally, we were able to talk to an agent.
He said a final review is required for eligibility before we close the case.
We asked if the eligibility is recommended passed or conclusively?
To which he said the same thing.
We also asked of there is any point of concern to our application?
The agent said no, it's our procedure to thoroughly check the application before finalizing.
And rest of the stages are clear.
I'm assuming that the eligibility is still not clear.
@legalfalcon sir, can you please give your opinion on the above matter?
We had ordered GCMS but we got extension notice 2 days back.
I would really appreciate if you can clear my doubt.

Agent already told you everything - Eligibility isn’t passed until officer will review it, which for FSW-O can be next year.

But my question is when we asked if eligibility is recommended pass or pass,
He did not say anything other than you don't have to worry, it's just the final review before concluding the file.
So what should I understand by that?
