I finally received the oath invite on July 6th, 2021. The oath ceremony has been scheduled for July 19th 2021.
For all those waiting for the invite: I first received the email and a phone call followed after a couple of hours, which I missed. I called them back and they confirmed if I had received the invite, my mailing address if I was comfortable using Zoom & e-Sign.

Is the oath invite coming from the processing office or some centralized email?
I wonder why some offices are scheduling oath for Aug and some could schedule within in 1-2 weeks. We get confused if we really have a backlog for oath or not.
So you didnt get the tracker update before this email and call since they are calling and confirming?

Just want to complain a little bit. Today marks 3 months after my interview. In 2 days, 4 months will have passed since my test. And it’s over 2 months since decision made. And no oath invite yet. I’m annoyed by this today.
So I got the automated email from IRCC saying test was completed right after I finished it. However, it said it was temporary and they would send me the official result soon. So I haven't received that email.
I called IRCC today and they said they don't have confirmation yet as an officer usually reviews the test and then I'd get the email.
