Try calling them at 7:55AM EST sharp so you are able to be on hold by 8AM. You can request a callback by leaving your number. I have been able to talk to them. My application status says- Eligibility passed, Criminality and Security not started.- AOR 7th April.

My Aor 5 April I just called IRCC. She said everything is fine only BC is processing all stages r done. My file transfer to Ottawa (RROC)

What my understanding from above comments is VC Montreal is super slow and they do not even update GIC account regular basis. and Applicant get the portal email after a certain time. Anyone thinks the same?

Just a quick update, got a ghost update this morning background status change from your application is in progress back to we are processing your background check.

Another update, called IRCC this morning told that
background check criminality is left to be completed
background check security is completed
all other steps completed

Thanks and Congratulations to you! One additional point- the agent mentioned my file has an estimated date of July end. Does it mean anything? Did they tell you anything like this?

I ordered GCMS notes in May and received notes on june 7th. The estimate due date mentioned was 15 June. So, i guess they are 20-25 days behind schedule i guess!!

Hi Thanks for this template, very helpful.... I just received an email on portal request.... Can we use Option A which means single portal access for everyone including primary applicant and dependents ?
