We got the mail a bit after getting a similar text message. It said we may have to wait 3-4 weeks for them to contact us with details. Did you get a similar mail and timeline?

It will take a while to get through backlogs before taking on new stamping and courier requests.

Anyone who has submitted passport before lockdown but was returned without stamping??
My wife’s passport has been submitted earlier but was returned back without stamping due to stated reason being incorrect photo dimensions. Just wondering if anyone is in same boat. If there is someone plz lemme know if you guys got any instructions regarding resubmission.

Hey , i m on same boat too. I submitted my passport via courier service on March 26th and returned back on May 4th without processing(with same reason). Still waiting for any text or email.

Nd when will they send payment link to those who submitted webform and did not make payment due to imposed lockdown?

Hi, I submitted web form on April 16 but a day or so after VFS closed and I haven't received details about the payment link.Hoping they will send payment details in the coming weeks
