Pr portal credentials: 17th june (uploaded pic and gave address same day)

Would you please let me know when did you get your pre-arrival letter? I want to travel and I want to use that letter as a time that I should return to Canada
I didn't get any pre arrival letter, my eligibility and background were still under process until today then all of a sudden i passed both of them and got eCOPR

1) so when you got the portal email, from that time until the ecopr your background and eligibility were in progress?
2) Do you remember around which time did you get the portal email and also the ecopr email.?

What is the next step for you after getting the COPR?
With this pace ircc cannot process 40000 tr to pr applications this year. Math doesn’t add up. 2 months in they have issued aor to roughly 5000 apps only, leave alone approvals.
I doubt they even sent 2000 AOR yet.

No, I didn’t get anything yet. I wanted to know how its going with people from Quebec, especially with proof to live outside Quebec or if we can get AOR.
I applied from quebec and have aor but my eligibility is still under review. Let's see what ircc asks for next.
