It cannot be calculated exactly by the minute (or by the hour). Since applications will be transferred to the centers, here are distributed to the staff, each case is different ...The processing time is only as general guide line.
Similar to cars running on the highway, it is possible to start at the same time but it is not known which car will reach the destination first

Imm lawyer Mark Holthe said - Tr to pr will be adjudicated by visit visa officers based out of Canadian consulate/embassy across the world. They don't have much work as of now due to the pandemic.
I guess the bottleneck is at the central intake office IRCC at Sydney, Nova Scotia OR Ottawa office where they are performing initial checks manually and allocating AOR/app numbers. After the Sydney or Ottawa office does their job on an application, the case is later assigned to the actual imm officer to adjudicate, these imm officers can be any visit visa officer located anywhere in the world.
Received aor 2 days ago but no update on my application. How long does it take to get the pcc request after getting aor?
Link application to your CIC account. There you will see the PCC request.

I guess the same.
The process was slow because it had to be done manually in the beginning (
this was due to the rush of preparation, and the unclear announcement, guide too close to the application date, created many errors that could not be done by machines.)

Congrats. One thing I know for sure is, this stream is fast, very fast.
The main thing is to get your AOR (which depends on the time you submitted).
Once you get your AOR, you are 100% sure your application is been processed and you will most likely get your PR within a maximum of 2 months barring unforeseen circumstances.
This process is fast.

I selected no but mentioned on my LOE that I had applied under the TR2PR stream, but couldn't provide an application number because I hadn't received an acknowledgement of receipt.
Congratulations who got AOR and CPOR . you guys have great future ahead and god bless you all.
