Is anyone having issues with GCKEY? Everytime I sign in it loops me back to the homepage. I've cleared cookies, cache, history, and attempted signing in on multiple browsers, as well as incognito mode.
My spouse's background check is still showing as 'We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.'
I thought it would have changed to 'Application in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check' since they started processing his application yesterday.

For me process started in May and still shows exactly as your spouse own is showing. I really don't know if anything needs to change unless there is am update I guess.
Hubby received a message that my application will be sent to visa office in my country. I've been waiting for medical request for sometime now. What do i do?
Please help
If the Visa Office is Accra then all I can say is patience the only answer. Because mine was sent to AVO since January and still no medicals yet. From IRCC website they say they have backlogs of medicals hence we shdnt be surprised with delays in requests or updates. Its really frustrating so js tryna be patient my side. Bt who knows yours could be requested anytime soon as well.

I meant sharing with us when you submitted your application, when you rec'd AOR, when was your file transferred to AVO, when did AVO start processing your application, and if you completed Biometrics, when?

I wanted to share info I rec'd for those waiting for MR. I took the liberty to email Akai House Clinic (No 1, Sixth Circular Rd, Cantonments) on June 18, just being proactive - to prepare for the day we'd receive MR, and also wishful thinking that we'd receive MR before the end of June.
For those planning on completing medical examination in Accra, Ghana. I inquired the following: appointment availability, cost, and if the panel physician use Emedical.
Three business days later we rec'd a response.
"The medical exam is a walk-in service. Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm. No appointment needed. The cost 830 gh. Also, we use Emedical system."

For us we received BIL on May 21 and MR Jul 7, so let's say 1 month and two weeks.
However, before the pandemic AVO would take approx 5-6 months to issue MR from application lock-in date. Again, everyone's situation differs, but this is the trend I noticed from reading member's experiences from this thread (2017).
Our application lock-in date is: Jan 28, 2021. We're at the 5 months mark.
