I think they have started playing mind games now with the applications submitted after 12:20 pm est like seriously they should atleast start giving AORs to them so that some relief could be provided to applicants but no they are delaying the process fully
Submitted 12.18 pm EST, no AOR and can't link application (last try 2 minutes ago). You need to go for a bike ride or something to keep your mind of it and away from your computer ;)

Shit now that's bad I think they haven't fully send the AORs for the application submitted before 12:18 pm est yet
If it makes you feel better, it used to be way worse. My friend got caught in that huge backlog just before Express Entry came in. They took six years to process his PR - six years he was living with his mother (he's late 30's) because every day could have been the day he got the go ahead to book his flight!

The way they are processing applications, six-year seems a good deal. :p

It's a big mistake but don't worry everything will be fine. Stay alert whenever you are able to link your appplication or get AOR, let them know before they find out.

Also, call IRCC, talk to one of their agents, let them know your situation, they will give you suggestions.

Should I raise my concern through webform? Or wait till I get AOR. Are they processing applications before AOR.

Without AOR, you will not have an application number if you don't have an application number, they will not able to link your webform to your application.

If you have a UCI number, submit a webform anyway, it will be stored in the database(as a record) and you can tell them later you tried to let them know as soon as you figured out the mistake, and give IRCC a call and talk to an agent and let them know. That call will also be recorded. We are human, we make mistakes, nothing to worry as long as you let them know before they find out.

What do you guys ask to ircc agents when you ask about what's done on your file.

So i was able to link my file on 24th june and it said my medical passed on 24th itself. There was request for pcc there. I uploaded the same date.
Got my Biometrics fee refunded on 29th june.

Also not gotten my AOR yet. Shohld be a problem right ?

Any guess how much time for the next update or do i have to call ircc to find out ?
I mean the main point of the AOR is to get the application number and you already have that. Moreover you got the ADR so that means your file is good as they only asked for PCC. I think your AOR might be stuck in a loop. @Alberta2018 also got his AOR after some time.

That being said since you got the refund for AOR... They are pretty much working on your file, its just a matter of time when the things would move forward :)
