Hi All,

I am the principal applicant with 3 dependents : Wife and two kids. I got eCOPR for my wife, my son and myself. I have not received yet the eCOPR for my daughter - She is a minor, 15 years old.

Is anyone with the same situation than me? Any idea what phone number I can call to request details about this issue ?

I am also facing same issue. In my case all my three dependents got their ecopr but I as a Primary applicant is still waiting for my copr.

You can email them to the email I’d from which you received your copr. To call them dial 1888-242-2100, you must also send them the webform informing about this issue.

Hi All,

Below is my timeline..
Received PR portal on July 2nd,2021. Submitted the details on same Day.
July 5th,2021 morning I got my E-copr. It says address accepted. Now just photo approval pending so that PR card gets issued.

Hi All,
Can someone suggest after "IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal" email , when IRCC account gets updated with Eligibility passed ?
Also what are next step once i replied back with initial email with details ?
The reason i am asking my account - is still showing status last updated when Medical was passed on 17th March . For OHIP card , they need application status should be "Eligibility passed" so wanted to understand when actually status changed ?

Also does this email means , all other verification is completed ?

I am not sure if it worked but you can give it a try because one month wait for credentials is abnormal as per the most posts here.

hello guys,
just wondering howlong it takes to get portal email after ghost update?
I got ghost update on last Monday and called cic to confirm that status of my application, agent said everything passed now , waiting for final decision.
howlong it may take to get portal email ?
