Yeah I understand however I did it for my study permit in 2018 and now did it again for applying tr to pr in canada. They should have clearly thought about this earlier so that we won't be needing to do upfront medical exam.
Actually, you don't need to do Med Ex - unless IRCC requests later.

If you already completed an IME
If you have already completed an IME as part of a previous application (example: to work or to study), you may not need to complete another one when you apply for permanent residence.

When the panel physician completed your exam they would have given you an:
  • information printout sheet, or
  • IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form
Please provide a copy of one of these documents or your IME or UMI number from your previous medical exam when you apply online. It does not matter how long ago you had your exam.

If we cannot use your old results, we’ll send you instructions on how to get your medical exam done after you submit your application

I know I did that just in case they ask for recent one then it won't delay the application but now they changed it all the way.

Anyone recieved AOR for other category (health care/essential worker) than international students? Are they going to do AOR based on date of submission or by category?

Hello Everyone,

I had applied in the IG stream on May 6th and haven't received AoR yet. My IELTS was valid the time I applied and 2 weeks later it expired. Would it cause any issue ? My time of application was around 2:15 PM and guess on when I would receive my AoR ?

Thanks in Advance.

Any from QUEBEC received AOR yet? I think people from QC are not getting AOR regardless of their submission time.
