Received an update today:
Email from Virtual Landing Unit: June 5
Credentials: June 9, Submitted photo & address within minutes
eCOPR: June 15
Address and Photo Accepted by IRCC: June 30
Note: I uploaded the picture which was older than 6 months(almost 8 months old, I used the same for the PR Application) still accepted.

I've repeatedly sent a reminder email to the same client email address from VLU - OSC. I am at a loss for what to do next!

It took three weeks for them to review your refund request and get refund?

I asked them to cancel my TRV application and asked for refund. I am praying that they cancel my TRV application and refund within 3 weeks.
