My 1st GU was ADR so i can expect 2nd one.

They will ask eAPR, UCI and personal details.

Options I dont remember handy. Roughly, They are first choose 1-> then choose option 2(permanent residency)-> then choose option 2(E0 Application) and then Option 0 to connect with agent. Try and you will figure out.

If queue is long, you can request call back and they call us back as well.

Enter UCI number, then press option1, again press option 1, then 2, if your application number starts with E press option 2, enter ur application number, enter your birth date. Press 1 to know status of the application, then the automated voice will give you updates from the portal and then last stage press 0 to speak with an agent.

My wife (dependent in my eAPR) had a previous refusal for CA Visitor visa.
The important thing is not to try to hide it.
They'll check anyway in their records.
We provided a short explanation in the LOE, and that was it.
Since I had 2 GUs today, I guess it didn't cause any major delay...

yes, I mentioned both of them in there, and in LOE explained them and mentioned they got approved with supporting docs.
Apart from that, I lived in the US for one year, maybe the background check is taking time for me? this wait has made me so nervous

Call back options come after you are getting transferred to agent.

You have 2 options:

1. Wait on line for 30-40 mins usual.
2. Request call back and give your no.

my exp calling them 3 times is try early morning or 2 to 3 PM thats window i got working.

Ok, on the fifth attempt I managed to get as far as the call-back option.
I left my number and I'm expecting a call from them.
