Wrote and passed the test today. Test was easy. Reading Discover Canada thrice definitely helped. The login process was also quite simple.

Can I take the test if I am outside of Canada? Will it be an issue?

Email your scheduling office to get permission before taking test outisde. They will agree as they recently started to allow.

It won't be updated on ECAS.

It'll be updated to completed anywhere between 1 business day and 10 calendar adys (usually) in New Citizenship status Dashboard

I send my application for citizenship on aug 6th. No test invite yet. I am from Saskatchewan. Anyone can pls share about Saskatoon office. Can someone pls respond

We will email the office(to the email we receive invite which will be in the invitation email) only after we receive the test invite email.
