Write an email to the london visa email with your personal email, and at the sane time send in a webform.... expressing your concern and waiting for your wife and all that. They should open your file to check the status and issue the PPR. After a remedical it could be that it went to a BFD, so just to wake them up and remind them faster than the actual date.

Pre arrival letter is mostly sent (not always) to the applicant after their eligibility is approved. It means that the migration officer is convinced their relationship or marriage is genuine.

February 17 2020 after A0R2 completely silent I’ve even contacted my mp who said that says we are still waiting for a migration officer to get to our file.

When did you contact with MP?
We send an email to mp 2 weeks ago and got a reply the responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents ( eligibility is in process)
