Hey @Sam8899 , I also submitted at 12:15 trying to link the application to mycic portal but they cant find my application. what option did u use to link?
Application number and uci
or uci or last name?

Did you get any email? or any confirmation?

Please advise
Not everyone who submitted in the first 15mins can link the application with cic. All you can do now is to be patient and try to link it next day.

This is my question too. they didn't say anything about it. but it doesn't look problem. in case if they send AOR you can come back soon. because AOR doesn't mean PR approval. so they won't cancel your visa
Recent international graduates from a Canadian institution
Eligibility

To be eligible, you must

be in Canada
have valid status in Canada
plan to live outside of Quebec
meet or exceed the language requirements
be currently employed
have recently graduatedfrom a designated learning institution in Canada andwith an eligible credential
not be a refugee claimant in Canada

Please take a look of the first point, I don't know if it means we have to stay in Canada by the time we submit the application or we need to stay before they make a final decision of the application.
For the things I don't know, I won't take any chances.

I think this is saying that this program is for people who are working and studying in Canada generally (not for those who don't live in Canada). but they didn't clear about traveling during the time. however no decision has been made about PR approval even for those who received AOR.

Has anyone contacted IRCC to query about application status? If yes, what number should I call? I have called twice using the number provided from the website and both automatically hung up with the message "we are currently experience a high volume, we cant transfer your call to an operator"

Not even me (submitted 4PM EST). It might be my mistake but I sent an inquiry to them and hopefully they really did receive my application

Yes. Many people got PR or at least portal confirmation now. My application had been delayed for 31 days because of the medical exam. It sucks that submitted everything upfront so perfect and that immigration doctor ruined the whole process. Eligibility and background checks only come after medical passed.
Especially when I already had biometric and medical exam when applied for study permit

You should phone IRCC.

This is a note from that one, he/she was lucky that IRCC emailed and ased.
"I did not receive the credential emails for 10 days and they emailed me to ask why I did not upload my information. I emailed them and they replied very quick."

No. I'm still in the background check step now, because officer just reviewed again on June 21st and 22nd to update medical and eligibility check
