Yeah. This is a critical mistake but If you try to correct it before they assess your application, I think they will at least take notes for your case. Of course, you need to explain why you made the mistake. This is a new pathway and the guide was not released until the day before the portal is open.
Of course, withdrawing the application and going through other streams is a safer option but just takes more time.
Didn't you receive an 'optimistic' response from IRCC? How did it go?
I have not received AoR nor inquiry.
Let me tell you one thing...the person said that visa refusal was done when he/she was minor so it will not be counted, which is too "optimistic."
Please do not fuel his/her "optimism" anymore. The person needs to face the reality.

Yeah that's too optimistic LOL. Of course, this is a mistake that needs to be fixed, but we first need to confirm that whether it is fixable before a decision is made. That's the issue right now due to the uncertainty. I still suggest that you can calm down as I see that you are working really hard on this. Don't be anxious. You are trying your best.
I see that you are also considering CEC? I am eligible for Express Entry too with a decent score. I am thinking about whether I should start applying as a safety net.
So an update, one of my friends got the same letter that you received.
Initially, it looked like you don't need a Canadian RCMP check however, there is another AOR that I have seen that states **PCC: Indian police Clearance" That's all
Now, this is quite confusing. I suggest calling IRCC and asking them.
