Do all of us stuck on the medical or else other steps such as eligibility , criminality are being processing? Anyone has idea?

They are processing other steps (i.e. eligibility). I called IRCC last week and I was inform that my Eligibility and Criminality was started.
They were also done reviewing my ADR.

I'm not an expert. Does your BC showed "your application is in progress" before changing to "we are processing"
