Got sds refusal want to reapply

Hi there,
I applied for sds on 7 may 2021 got refusal letter on 14 June 2021. I had acceptance of sheridan college for environmental technician 2 year diploma September intake 2021. I did BS in Environmental Sciences in 2016 after that I started serving as visiting lecturer in university from September 2016 to April 2021. IELTS score is 6.5. My Father is my sponsor who has very good income from his agricultural land and cattle farms. I got refusal on these conditions
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of
residence.
As I am already doing very good job of lecturer. .The major purpose was to enhance my research skills through this foreign diploma. And I believe there are great job opportunities for environmentalists even in Pakistan.
I want to reapply for September 2021 intake kindly share your worthy comments.

IMHO,
1. Purpose of visit: you need to choose Master/PGC/PGD because you already had Bachelor degree.
2. Limited employment prospects: you need to re-explain clearer and convincingly about you career later in your country could have a lot of advantages by taking the course in Canada.

The first reason is quite generic so don't go with that however the second reason might because of unstable domestic politics in your country? May i know which country you're from?
Also whenever re applying it is always advisable to order GCMS notes to get a clear picture of your refusal and addressing them accordingly. You've got another chance, give all you can with all the necessary information you can acquire

My refusal was based on Purpose of Visit. I had not attached a SOP and below are the GCMS remarks. Hope this helps in the same clause you got;

Seeking SP to study Masters of Arts in Tourism Management.

PA completed BA Hons in Textile in 2010 from UK and she did not attach transcript.
States he has been working as a manager airlines @******* since 2019. Previously was employed as a project lead for 6yrs at ********

Given the applicants previous and extensive education and employment history, I am not satisfied the motivation to pursue this particular program, at this point in time in Canada, is reasonable.

Therefore, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada who will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay.

Weighing in the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay.
