Submit that via webform just select the option permanent residence followed by express entry then put your query and do mention your application number, In next screen upload the new form. They will themselves deliver it to your dedicated case representative

12:13pm est and no AOR, I have no idea why it is taking this long for some of us

I submitted 12:11 PM. I have not received AOR. But, I was able to link my account. I don't know if I have to wait for AOR. Lack of communication makes the TR-to-PR process even more stressful. Hopefully, everyone here will receive the AOR soon.

I linked 4 days ago. Now, I checked they updated my account with medical exam (sent by webform) as completed.

So you sent on Saturday? If yes, that was fast. I am asking cause I sent a form too knowing that i would get the same reply like everyone else but I wanted to do my part. Till now didn't get any reply and I guess I sent on Tuesday or max Wednesday.. Don't know if that is making any delay but i doubt that cause 12:11pm est also haven't received AOR. Lets see.
