If you mean registering for Ecas so you can get update alerts, Ecas does not do that. You have to keep going to the link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en
and fill in your information to check your status. However, GC Key online does send updates via email.

Hey we have very similar timelines and also BC PNP with dependants. I haven’t received MR yet, only AOR. But it is fine, it’s not even 1 month since AOR. Will post when I receive an update

On which day it showed you that your profile has been updated? I think it might be ghost update. Keep checking your online account and ecas.

please advice:
medical request: 20 May 2021
Medical received 25 May for 2 kids dependents. June 10 for 2 adults

From Webform requested statusof medical: and they replied they received! but since I did not hear anything yet.
Account status says: Medical and fingerprint did not receive. But on top I see Bio date and exploration date. looks like it not something to worry? not all the time account showing the truth? lol

Anyone in the same situation?

I think its an issue of IRCC not updating your Account status. Someone in this forum said his Ecas was updated after he received his DM
